BOOKING INFORMATION
Prices are for the villa & cottage for one week's (7 nights) self catering accommodation for up to six people + 1 baby, & include water, electricity & linen.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost will be asked for when reserving the property, the remaining 75% must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In the event of you or one of your party cancelling the holiday your payment will be returned in full if the property is let to another party during the week/s you have cancelled. If we are unable to let the property you will be charged for the weeks you have booked.
The person making the booking guarantees payment to us of the total cost of the holiday booked & does so on behalf & with the consent of all others for whom the booking is completed.
If the deposit or balance is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking & your deposit will be forfeit. We do not normally send reminders of monies owing.
Please note on arrival we ask for a deposit of 500 Euros in cash which we hold for the duration of your stay as a precaution against loss or damage. All losses & breakages must be paid for.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to terminate without notice & liability the holiday arrangements of any person whose behaviour is such that it is likely in our opinion to cause distress, danger or damage.
Arrival time at the property should be between 17.00h & 20.00h. In the event of a delay please contact us.
Departure should be between 8.00h & 10.00h.
A cleaning service is available at the end of your stay for an additional 50 Euros, if you do not wish to make use of this service please ensure that the property is left clean & tidy ready for the next tenants.
If you have any special needs or requests that we may be able to help you with please notify us before arrival so that we can try to accommodate you.
Please ensure that you have a valid passport, E111 medical form, holiday insurance & have made the appropriate travel arrangements prior to your holiday.
