Q What's your cancellation policy?
A If we are able to relet the property for the dates you have cancelled we shall return your payment in full. Otherwise if you cancel more than 8 weeks before your arrival date we keep your deposit, if your holiday is less than 8 weeks away we expect you to pay for the weeks you have booked.
Q Can I bring my dog?
A Fond as we are of animals I am afraid we do not accept pets.
Q Are you small-children/infant friendly?
A There is plenty of space for children to play & the swimming pool has a safe shallow end & an alarm. We provide a travel cot & high chair & a baby feeding set.
Q How do I make a reservation?
A Simply fill in the form on the contact us page stating the week/s you want to reserve. Remember the dates run from Saturday to Saturday.
Q How old is the property?
A There was a mill on this site dating back to the 19th century but that sadly is no longer here. The present buildings originate from the 1940s & have been extensively renovated over the years.
Q What forms of payment do you accept?
A Credit card/Visa via Paypal, so your payment is totally secure.
Q What time do we check in & what happens if we are late arriving?
A Check in is between 5pm & 8pm / 17.00h & 20.00h but if you are going to be late try to let us know what time you expect to arrive & we will ensure that someone is around to let you in.
Q What time do we check out & what happens if we want to check out early?
A Check out is between 8am & 10am / 08.00h & 10.00h If you want to leave before 8am just let us know, leave the keys on the table & your security deposit will be returned within a month.
Q How much is the security deposit?
A We ask for a security deposit of €500 on arrival which is kept until the property has been thoroughly checked. All losses & damages must be paid for.
Q Will we have to clean the pool before we can use it?
A The pool will be ready for you to use straight away on arrival.
